What we check for you before you bid

Every profile gets the standard checks (SAM.gov, insurance, references) plus these for facilities firms:

  • Janitorial / fidelity bond
  • Background check program
  • Commercial auto liability of at least $1M
  • Enough field staff for a new contract

Each bid's readiness report also looks for what often decides facilities bids: janitorial/fidelity (crime) bonds, background checks and badging, wage requirements (living wage, Service Contract Act on federal work), staffing levels and supervision, green cleaning products, transition from the incumbent, mandatory site walks, performance bonds on annual contracts, trade licenses for pest control, elevators and irrigation, vehicle insurance.
