How often will I hear about new bids?

What does the Concierge plan include?
Everything in Business, plus a dedicated bid manager who runs each bid end to end: deciding which bids are worth pursuing, preparing a compliant, submission-ready response and managing the submission with your sign-off. Your manager contacts you within one business day of signing up.
What do you do for me, and what do I do?
We do the searching, matching, requirement checking and reminding, so all you do is decide which bids to go after and prepare your response. We don't submit bids on your behalf; you submit through the buyer's own process, with our report telling you exactly what to include.
Where do the bids come from?
Public purchasing portals used by states, counties, cities, school districts and special districts across the US, plus cooperative contracts and federal listings. New bids arrive all day and closed ones drop off automatically.
How accurate is the readiness report?
We read the bid documents when they're publicly available and compare every requirement with your company profile. Each requirement is labelled as stated in the bid or typical for that kind of bid, so you know what to confirm. Always check the official documents before you submit.
