Bidnator

Terms & Conditions

Last updated 14 October 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Bidnator, which operates Bidnator. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Bidnator.

2. What the service does

Bidnator collects publicly posted government and public-sector bids, matches them to the company profiles you enter, and generates readiness reports that compare a bid's requirements with your profile. We do not prepare or submit bids, and we are not a government agency or affiliated with any buyer.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract on behalf of your business.
  • You may add companies you own, work for, or are authorised to represent.
  • Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

4. Bid information and reports

  • Bid listings come from public sources and may be incomplete, out of date or changed by the buyer. The official solicitation always governs.
  • Readiness reports are generated with AI from your profile and public bid information. They are guidance, not legal, licensing or procurement advice, and can contain mistakes. Confirm every requirement in the official documents before you rely on it.
  • Reports are only as accurate as the profile you give us, so keep it true and current.
  • Report and alert timing is measured from when a bid appears on a portal we monitor. We work to cover as many portals as we can, but we can't guarantee that every bid is found, or alert you about bids published somewhere we don't monitor.

5. Plans and payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. We don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.
  • Plan limits (companies, visible bids and reports per month) are shown on the pricing and billing pages. Unused reports don't carry over.
  • We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change affects you.

6. Acceptable use

Don't resell or republish the bid data or reports outside your own business or clients, scrape or overload the service, try to access other users' data, or use it to break the law or a buyer's procurement rules.

7. No guarantee of results

We can't promise that any bid will be available, that you will be eligible, or that you will win work. The service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Bidnator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost contracts or profits, or decisions you make based on bid listings or reports. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you before important changes take effect. Questions: the contact address on our website.
